Hotel Policies

- Must be 21 years of age to register
- You will be responsible for any damages to your room or furnishings during your stay
- We are pet friendly - $10 a night fee for each pet
- No Smoking! Any smoking in a room will incur a $150 fee.
- Check in time: 3:00 PM
- Check out time: 11:00 AM
- Deposit Policy: 10% of the full amount will be charged at the time of your reservation. Remaining amount and incidentals will be charged upon check-out.
- Hotel Fee: A 3.5% Hotel Fee will be added to each night of your reservation.
- Cancellation Policy: 72 hours prior to arrival (early check outs are subject to 72 hour cancellation policy). The deposit amount will be forfeited for a cancellation and after 72 hours you will be charged in full.
- Fall Season Cancellation Policy (Oct 1st-Dec 15th) 30 days from the date of reservation. 20% of deposit is forfeited upon cancellation. Cancellations less than 30 days out result in entire amount of deposit forfeited. The amount may be applied to another reservation date that must be made at the time of the cancellation.
